Ibiza, Day Three

Easter Sunday is usually reserved for leisurely family breakfasts, dippy eggs, bucks fizz & lashings of chocolate. 

Not in Ibiza. 

This Easter we celebrated with with an all day party at The Blue Marlin (Ibiza’s answer to Nikki Beach). 

Trays of shots, gallons of wine & some of the best fish I’ve ever had replaced our usual Easter eggs. 

Not a bad trade if you ask me!

Outrageously good octopus carpaccio
Burrata Mozzerella 
Gazpacho & jamon serano

Beautifully cooked squid & asparagus
Turbot, served simply with olive oil & salt (my favourite)

We didn’t leave until the early hours of Monday morning.
Tipsy, tanned & very happy.
Surely that’s what Jesus would have wanted?
