This is a really fun take on classic deviled eggs, it’s also delightfully simple.

Friends coming over? Caesar the day and whip up a batch of these!

To make a dozen, you’ll need:

6 eggs

Half a cup of caesar dressing

4 rashers of streaky bacon

A little parmesan for grating

Pop you eggs into a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Once the water’s boiling, turn the heat off and let them sit for 12 mins. Once the timer goes off, run the eggs under the cold tap and leave until cool.

Meanwhile fry your bacon til crispy, take out of the pan and leave on a some kitchen towel until cool.

Peel your eggs and cut in half length ways.

Gently scoop out the yolks and pop into a bowl with your dressing.

Mix until combined and then spoon back into the egg whites.

Crumble your bacon and sprinkle on top.

You can be as neat or messy as you like with this bit.

Dust generously with parmesan cheese.

Don’t hold back!

Add a little fresh black pepper and dig in!

Believe me, these are everything they’re cracked up to be!
