Easing In

Man, it is good to be home.

Don’t get me wrong, France was gorgeous, beautiful and a real treat. (I’ve got some great blog posts coming your way!)

But there’s something about sleeping in your own bed and cooking in your own kitchen that just can’t can’t be beaten. And don’t even talk to me about the wifi situation!

I’m finally home, the laptop is purring away ready to blog…

In short? I’m back, baby!

Though there’s no need to rush things.

I’ll just ease myself in gently.

With an ice cream perhaps.

A coffee, hazelnut chocolate and speculoos rose from Amorino is just the ticket. Finished with a pink macaron heart.

Somewhat enjoyed on the colourful streets of West London.

But time waits for no man.

Off to pick up a few more necessities for the house.

And by necessities, naturally I mean carbs and flowers.

William Morris once said:

“Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.”

So that’s both boxes ticked.
