Yesterday’s blog post ended rather abruptly, didn’t it?
Well… that’s because we moved.
We were torn out of our glorious water bungalow and upgraded to a bit of a palace!
Just check out the entrance hall:
And *one* of the bedrooms!
And its private stretch of beach!
With crystal clear shallows for hippo style wallowing.
Completely overwhelmed by our new surrounds, and very happy, we made ourselves at home.
We ate our weight in free ice-cream from the little cabana hidden in a particularly jungley corner.
^ Woops, please excuse the waterdrop!
Before swimming home to bathe and slather ourselves in a bucket of aftersun.
As they like to say in East London, we ‘ad a bit of a bubble baaaf!
Mum scrubbed up nicely in her “Black Mary” dress.
And we set off towards the dock for an adventure.
Waiting in the golden afternoon light, we found our ship.
Stepped aboard and pushed off into the blue.
We took up our very comfortable posts.
And settled in to enjoy the view.
Little White Espadrilles (also obsessed with every variation of these!)
