If you’re in Soho and want to see something cool (that doesn’t involve nipple tassels), I know just the place!
God’s Own Junkyard was set up by the late artist and lighting designer, Chris Bracey.
The original yard in Walthamstow (East London) houses the biggest collection of neon signage outside of the US. You can snoop your way through the snacks, or join for a cream tea.
But the new place on Brewer street houses the cream of the crop!

Many of the pieces hark back to the 1970’s when Bracey took over the lighting reigns from his father, decking out much of Soho and bathing it in a neon glow.
Humours, warm, fun and light hearted. You can pop in to enjoy the spectacle or treat it as a shop and take whatever you fancy home.
The show closes January 18th, but it’s open 7 days a week until then.
Find them online here, or just stroll along Brewer Street… you can’t miss it!
