“It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.”
Had a way with words that Dickens, din’ he?
He seems to have described the weather perfectly. Just the weather that convinced me I needed a new coat.
(Any excuse.)
A light & bright coat, just for rushing around town in this tween-winter-spring bit.
This week has been all about catching up.
Catching up with friends, meetings and a few little niggles I probably shouldn’t have abandoned to run away to Thailand!
As such, I’ve been wearing a uniform of jeans, tees and flats, in their various forms.
It feels so good to be home again!
My Panda Bear tee is from Nasty Gal.
Mother jeans & a Lucky Brand belt.
Woven pumps from Topshop.
Bad-ass handbag from Bottletop.
Fabulously swishy, elegantly waisted coat from… here. You guessed it, right?!
A red wine blur, rushing around Dickens’ old stomping ground.
