A couple nights ago I was invited to the preview of a new fairytale style chocolate experience. Experimental food buffs, Bompas & Parr have created a 5tonne chocolate waterfall within the walls of a shopping mall near Hyde Park. Bloggers, journalists and foodies drank cocktails from tea cups and oo-ed and ah-ed as they were presented with the waterfall. We filled bottles with the chocolate elixir, added our choice of spices, sealed them and stuck our Charlie & The Chocolate Factory-esque gold labels on. A beautiful, delicious reminder of our adventure.
Unfortunately I couldn’t take any pictures of the waterfall itself, so you’ll have to go check it out for yourselves, trust me it’s worth a trip.
Afterwards we headed to dinner at Cafe Anglaise for dinner & cocktails.
