Regents Park, London

Autumn is slowly slipping into winter.

We may only have a few sunny, golden, crisp and clear days left.

What better excuse to get out and make the most of them?

One of the easiest ways to truly soak in the glory of Autumn in London is by visiting Regents Park.

The best things in life are free (the second best are fattening) and this place is no exception to that rule.

Mr Custard quite agrees.

(Though I think he would reorder the “Best Things In Life” list.)

Crunching through a golden cathedral of waving leaves, light cascading through the branches and dancing on the floor.

I can think of few places as lovely for an early morning walk and mug of coffee.
