On our final day in The Netherlands we stocked up on a hearty breakfast at The Dylan.
And stepped out to explore “The Nine Streets”.
One of the coolest areas in Holland, it’s bursting with shops, cafes, vintage clothes, beauty buys and beautiful people!
We stopped in to Lanksroon, a tiny little bakery where they make stroopwafels by hand.
(Along with every other Dutch treat you could hope for!)
We pulled up a doorstep and tucked in to ours!
For those who have yet to wallow in the utter joy of a real stroopwafel, they’re crunchy waffles sandwiching a layer of runny caramel.
High on sugar we skipped in and out of the local vintage shops, galleries and book stores.
We rested our cobblestone worn feet at Staets, and slurped on milky coffees.
Thank you for being so good to us, Holland.
You are a total babe, and we will certainly be back!
