Sleepy Sunday

Sleepy Sundays are what I look forward to all week.
Today couldn't have been any more perfect.
It was a about 30degrees in London, but not the stifling, heavy heat we usually get. Just glorious, fresh sunshine.
Hoctober, please linger a little longer?
I spent the morning wondering on the Kings Road & drinking icy diet coke in the sunshine, before wandering around The Saatchi Gallery.
Galleries leave me in a state of zen like calm, something I desperately needed after a pretty heavy Saturday night.
The second part of my hangover cure involved steamed baskets of yumminess, drenched in soy sauce... Royal China (you may remember my glowing blog post a couple weeks ago).
Then, a quick hop, skip & jump over to Selfridges for PinkBerry (the best frozen yogurt in the world). I had watermelon, it tastes just the like petit filous I ate as a child... but comes with big chunks of chocolate brownie and fresh raspberries. Deeelish!
I left the camera at home but took a quick snap of my favourite summer dress (H&M) before heading out into the sunshine.

How are you spending your Indian Summer?
Feel free to leave a link to your summery blog posts, I'd love a peek!

  4. You look lovely! And I'm not actually enjoying the weather - I did not bring any summer clothes with me when I moved to London!

  5. It was such a gorgeous day! I made it into town with the baba and hung out on the roof of Shoreditch House whilst she did some disco dancing. Then onto Columbia Road for a wander and some lunch. Nothing like a London indian summer...

  7. I too took a slow stroll along the Kings Road for essentials, and then on to Knightsbridge...a gorgeous walk...I liked the fact that the Duke of York estate switched on one of the water features on the square and the kids were enjoying running in and around the fountains cooling off and laughing...
